("StateHouse" or the "Company") (CSE: STHZ) (OTCQB: STHZF), a California-focused, vertically integrated cannabis company, today issued the following statement supporting StateHouse's decision to commence Bankruptcy Proceedings for the Company's Canadian parent entity.
