STAMFORD, Conn. — Spectrum today announced that Rohan Kumar has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Digital Sales & Retail. In this role, Mr. Kumar will oversee Spectrum's strategic retail relationships, while continuing to lead digital sales operations, including Spectrum.com, the Company's digital sales call center and digital partnerships, to drive exceptional customer experiences and engagement. He will continue to report to Christian Ruiz, Executive Vice President, Sales, based out of the Company's Stamford headquarters.

Mr. Kumar joined Spectrum in 2014 as Vice President, Digital Marketing before serving as Group Vice President, Digital Marketing & Media for the past five years. During his tenure, Mr. Kumar has helped establish online sales as a significant sales driver, integrated websites, buyflows and digital marketing around the Time Warner Cable and Bright House Networks transactions, established online mobile ordering and introduced buyflows for several agent channels.

Before joining Spectrum, Mr. Kumar held senior roles at Trueffect, including as Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships. His early career included marketing positions with AdShuffle and One Technologies. A recipient of NAMIC's Next Generation Leader Award, Mr. Kumar graduated from the industry organization's Executive Leadership Development Program, as well as the CTAM Executive Management program at Harvard Business School. He holds a bachelor's degree in financial planning from Texas Tech University.
