Bahvest Signs Gold Mining Contract At Mt Andrassy In Tawau
Bahvest Resources Berhad has announced that it has entered into an exclusive prospecting contract with Aurelius Borneo Mining Sdn. Bhd. for prospecting, exploration and gold mining at Mt. Andrassy in Tawau, Sabah, for approximately 18,000 hectares.
Bahvest Resources Berhad宣布已与Aurelius Borneo Mining Sdn签订了在沙巴州斗湖安德拉西山进行约18,000公顷黄金勘探、勘查和黄金股开采的独家勘探合同。
Aurelius's principal activity in in mining gold shareholders in the company include Datuk Lee Vui Han @ Anthony Lee Vui Han and Soo Kan Hung @ Soo Chin Yau, both parties agreed that the profits from any future potential gold mined would
be shared—70% and 30% for Aurelius.
Aurelius在采金矿方面的主要业务股东包括Datuk Lee Vui Han @ Anthony Lee Vui Han和Soo Kan Hung @ Soo Chin Yau，双方同意未来潜在黄金开采的利润将被分享，Aurelius占70%，另外30%。

Bahvest said the agreement is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of the group for the financial year ending 30September 2025.
