Kerjaya Prospek Wins 2 New Contracts Worth RM34.4 Million
Both PVSB and GSB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd. Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Kerjaya Prospek (M) Sdn Bhd, has accepted two letters of award from Pixel Valley Sdn Bhd (PVSB) and Greencove Sdn Bhd (GSB) with a total contract value of RM34.4 million.
Kerjaya Prospek集团旗下的全资子公司，Kerjaya Prospek（M）私人有限公司，已接受来自Pixel Valley私人有限公司（PVSB）和Greencove私人有限公司（GSB）总价值3440万令吉的两封中标函。
The first contract, valued at RM16 million, involves piling and pile caps works for a proposed development at Batu Kawan, Penang. The second contract, worth RM18.4 million, pertains to site clearance, earthworks, piling and related structural works for a proposed development at Damansara Damai, Selangor.
第一份合同价值1600万令吉，涉及槟城峇都加湾拟发展项目的桩基和桩帽工程。第二份价值1840万令吉的合同涉及雪兰莪白沙罗士打达迈拟发展项目的场地清理、土方工程、桩基和相关结构工程。
Both projects, scheduled to commence on Nov 5, 2024, are expected to be completed within 18 months.
两个项目预计将于2024年11月5日开始，计划在18个月内完成。
Both PVSB and GSB are wholly owned subsidiaries of Kerjaya Prospek Property Bhd.
