KTI Awarded Labuan Airbase Project Worth RM49.9 Million
The tenure of the contract is fourteen months from 25 November 2024 to 25 January 2026.KTI announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary accepted a Letter of Award from Jawat Johan Sdn Bhd for a sub-contract of works under the main contract (IBS Specialist Sub-Contractor) for an RKAT airbase project in Labuan.

This is the group's second award received as the IBS Specialist Sub-Contractor for the army housing project and a previous project was the RKAT Lok Kawi camp from Jawala Corporation in February 2024.

The group said the new award, the total contract sum secured for the year 2024 now amounts to approximately RM214.3 million. While the value of the current project is RM49.9 million.

The tenure of the contract is fourteen months from 25 November 2024 to 25 January 2026.
