Singapore Airlines Completes Merger of Vistara With Air India
SIA confirmed it will proceed with an additional capital injection into Air India, revised to $498 m (INR31,945m). Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) has announced the completion of the proposed merger between Vistara, its 49% associated company, and Air India.

With the merger finalised, SIA now holds a 25.1% stake in the newly expanded Air India, which includes Vistara's operations. Vistara will no longer be classified as an associated company of SIA, while Air India will take on this designation.
