Sinarmas, MCL Land Sells Over 350 Nava Grove Units
Prices at Nava Grove start from $1.3m for a two-bedroom unit.

Nava Grove, the joint development project of MCL Land and Sinarmas Land, has sold 359 units, representing 65% of the available units during its launch last 16 November.

"This is mainly due to strong product offering. With less than 20% building site coverage, residents will enjoy expansive open space at the facility deck, which bodes very well with growing families," Ken Low, managing partner at SRI Private Limited, said.

Prices at Nava Grove start from $1.3m for a two-bedroom unit, $2.1m for a three-bedroom unit, $2.9m for a four-bedroom unit, $3.4m for a four-bedroom dual-key unit and $3.9m for a five-bedroom unit with private lift.

"Around 83% of the two-bedroom and 71% of the three-bedroom units were sold, showing a willingness to pay more to stay in this private residential enclave," said Mark Yip, CEO of Huttons Asia.
