(the "Fund") (NYSE: HYB) announced today that shareholders of the Fund have approved a proposal to reorganize the Fund into the T. Rowe Price High Yield Fund (the "T. Rowe Price Fund"), a separate series of the T. Rowe Price High Yield Fund, Inc. (the "Reorganization").
