Lagenda Accepts To Develop Third Project In Johor For RM99.6 Million

Lagenda Properties announced that its indirect wholly owned subsidiary had entered into a Part 3 Development Rights Agreement with Intact Corporate Approach Sdn. Bhd. to undertake development of a land in Johor for a total consideration of RM99.6 million.

The P3 DRA is an agreement continuation of Part 1 and Part 2 DRA announced in January this year by the company. The Part 1 and Part 2 DRA covered the development of four parcels and one hundred sixty-four lots of adjoining vacant land measuring approximately 112.024 acres in total, all located in Mukim Ulu Sungai Selangor, Daerah Kota Tinggi, Johor. The current and is adjacent to the Part 1 and Part 2 Development, and would form part of the total overall master development in the area.
