YTL Power's Q1 PAT Decreases By Nearly 45%

YTL Power has released its FY2025 first-quarter results, with the conglomerate recording a revenue of RM5.6 billion which is slightly higher compared to FY2024 Q1 of RM5.4 billion.
YTL Power已经公布了其 FY2025 第一季度业绩，该集团的收入为56令吉，与 FY2024 第一季度54令吉相比略高。
However, the group saw its profit after tax plunged significantly to RM470 billion from RM847 billion achieved in the preceding year's quarter.
但是，该集团的税后利润从上一季度的8470令吉大幅下降至4700令吉。
The group noted that the lower profit compared to the preceding quarter was due to unrealised foreign exchange loss due to the strengthening of the ringgit and the absence of one-off fair value gain of RM203.5 million.
该集团指出，与上一季度相比，利润下降是由于令吉走强导致的未实现外汇亏损以及缺乏20350万令吉的一次性公允价值收益。
