LTAT, Boustead Complete Share Transfer Of Affin Bank To SG Assetfin
The Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Boustead Holdings Berhad have announced that they have completed the share transfer of Affin Bank to SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd a wholly-owned special purpose vehicle of State Financial Secretary, Sarawak.
Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera及其全资子公司Boustead Holdings Berhad宣布，他们已经完成了Affin Bank向SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd的股份转让，SG Assetfin Holdings Sdn Bhd是砂拉越州财政部长的全资特殊用途工具。
The parties have notified Affin Bank on the completion of the transfer on 27 November 2024 following the execution of the direct business transaction pursuant to the Divestment.
