"The first quarter marked a significant inflection point for Revolve as our team accelerated our transition to an owner and operator of renewable energy projects with a focus on long term recurring revenue and cashflow for the business," said CEO Myke Clark. "Our recurring revenue stream has increased more than 300% and is targeted to generate in excess of US$2 million on an annualized basis. In addition to our operating assets, we have advanced the 20 MW/80 MWh Vernal BESS, 49.5 MW Primus Wind and 30 MW Alberta projects to the stage that all three are expected to reach "ready to build" status by the end of 2025. Our near-term project pipeline and recurring revenue growth are supported by the longer-term investments in utility scale projects we are developing across North America, with expected continued progress on the Bouse & Parker project by ENGIE, where Revolve has the potential to generate a further US$50m+ in revenues over the coming years."

Revolve does not provide reconciliations for forward-looking non-GAAP financial measures as Revolve is unable to provide a meaningful or accurate calculation or estimation of reconciling items and the information is not available without unreasonable effort. This is due to the inherent difficulty of forecasting the timing or number of various events that have not yet occurred, are out of Revolve's control and/or cannot be reasonably predicted, and that would impact the most directly comparable forward-looking GAAP financial measure. For these same reasons, Revolve is unable to address the probable significance of the unavailable information. Forward-looking non-GAAP financial measures may vary materially from the corresponding GAAP financial measures.
