OCBC Urges Customers Affected By Flood To Reach Out
OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is urging its customers affected by the floods to get in touch with the if they need to discuss relief or restructuring measures in relation to their existing loans or financing schemes.

The Bank said the requests will be prioritised and attended to on a case-by-case basis with a view to determining what works best for the customer. OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad Chief Executive Officer Mr Tan Chor Sen said OCBC Malaysia is committed to supporting any customer who is adversely affected by the floods and is calling on them to remain positive during these challenging times.
He added that the Bank has an on-going Flood Relief Assistance (FRA)programme for customers affected by floods. The programme provides options for affected customers to manage their repayments to ease their constraints during their time of need.
