Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 5, 2024) - Quinsam Capital Corporation (CSE: QCA) ("Quinsam" or the "Company") is announcing that it has granted an aggregate of 2,875,000 stock options ("Options") to directors and officers of the Company pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The Options vest on the date of grant and entitle the holder to purchase common shares of the Company at a price of $0.05 for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Options bear a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance in accordance with CSE policy. Wirth the exception of a grant of 200,000 options to a new director in 2022, Quinsam has not awarded options in over three years.
