PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK) ("Green Brick" or the "Company"), the third largest homebuilder in Dallas-Fort Worth, and one of Fortune Magazine's fastest growing companies in 2023 and its fastest growing public homebuilder, today announced that Elizabeth K. Blake has been appointed as lead independent director.
Ms. Blake has served as an independent director on the Company's Board since 2014 and serves on the Board's Governance and Sustainability Committee and Compensation Committee.

She also had a distinguished career as an attorney at the law firms of Frost & Jacobs and Davis Polk & Wardwell.
