Inta Bina To Acquire Land From QL Resources For RM23 Million
Inta Bina Group Berhad has entered into a sale and purchase agreement through its wholly owned subsidiary with QL Agrifoods Sdn Bhd a subsidiary of QL Resources for the purchase of a vacant freehold land located in Mukim Damansara, Bukit Jelutong measuring approximately 11,026 square meters for a total cash consideration of RM23 million.
Inta Bina Group Berhad已通过其全资子公司与QL Resources的子公司QL Agrifoods Sdn Bhd签订了一项销售和购买协议，购买了位于Mukim Damansara，Bukit Jelutong的一块面积约为11,026平方米的空置永久地块，总现金价值为2300万令吉。
The group said the purchase price will be funded via internally generated funds and bank borrowings, the proportions of which have yet to be determined at this juncture.

At the moment there are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees, to be assumed by Inta Bina and the purchaser arising from the acquisition
