Charter Extends Maturities of Its Credit Facilities
(a) an aggregate principal amount of existing Revolving B Commitments (maturing on STAMFORD, Conn., Dec. 9, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Charter Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHTR) (along with its subsidiaries, "Charter") today announced that on December 3, 2024, its subsidiary, Charter Communications Operating, LLC ("CCO"), had entered into an amendment (the "Amendment") to its existing Credit Agreement that extends the maturity date of a significant portion of its debt due in 2027 to maturity dates in 2030 and 2031.

After giving effect to the Amendment:
