Following the AGM, the Board reconstituted all Committees and the following Officers were re-appointed: Jeff Swinoga (President and CEO), Fiona Fitzmaurice (CFO), Ken Tylee (VP, Exploration), Shanda Kilborn (VP, Corporate Development and Investor Relations) and Jacqueline Collins (Corporate Secretary).
