('SRx Health'), a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions, the capital stock distribution of Halo, Purely for Pets, Inc. has increased from an 8% to 17% dividend. The closing of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of required shareholder approvals from SRx Health and Better Choice. The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2025.
