Petronas Chemical Chairman Datuk Rahim Set To Leave
He was previously the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad from 8 May 2014 to 31 December 2021. He was also the MD/CEO, PETRONAS Penapisan (Melaka) Sdn Bhd and held various positions in PETRONAS including Senior General Manager of Group Technology Solutions, Head of Project Management and Delivery, & various senior management positions through roles in the refinery and petrochemical business.Petronas Chemical Berhad has informed that its Chairman and non-independent non-executive director Datuk Ir. Dr. Rahim Hashim will be leaving the group effective January 1 2025.
马来西亚国家石油化学公司（Petronas Chemical Berhad）已通知，其董事长兼非独立非执行董事拿督伊尔·阿希姆·哈希姆（Datuk Ir. Dr. Rahim Hashim）将于2025年1月1日离开该集团。
Datuk Rahim joined the group in 2022 and held various directorships and positions in Petronas. Apart from being a board of engineers member, he is also a director at Deleum, Vice Chancellor at UTP and University Malaya.
拉希姆法官于2022年加入该集团，并在马石油担任各种董事职务和职位。除了是工程师委员会的成员外，他还是德鲁姆的董事，UTP和马来亚大学的副校长。
Succeeding him the group has appointed Datuk Sazali, he is currently the Executive Vice President, PETRONAS and Chief Executive Officer of Downstream Business. He also holds various positions as Chairman/Director of various companies within PETRONAS Group.
接替他的是萨扎利法官，他目前是马石油的执行副总裁和下游-脑机业务的首席执行官。他还在马石油集团内担任多家公司的主席/董事等多项职务。

他曾于2014年5月8日至2021年12月31日期间担任马石油化学品集团的董事总经理/首席执行官。他还曾是马石油炼油（马六甲）私人有限公司的董事总经理/首席执行官，并在马石油担任过多个职位，包括集团科技解决方案的高级总经理、项目管理与交付负责人，以及在炼油和化工业务中担任的多个高级管理职位。
