Vestland Awarded Office Building Contract Worth RM70 Million
Vestland Berhad announced that its unit had accepted a Letter of Award from Sg. Besi Construction Sdn. Bhd to undertake the design and build works for design, approval, construction, completion, testing and commissioning of one block of fifty-nine-storey strata offices and related facilities in KL for RM70 million.
Vestland Berhad宣布其子公司已接受来自Sg. Besi 施工有限公司的授奖信，以承担在吉隆坡设计、审批、施工、完成、测试和调试一栋五十九层的分层办公室及相关设施的设计和建造工作，合同金额为7000万令吉。
The design and build works to be carried out under the contract comprise the design, approval, construction, completion, testing, and commissioning of one (1) block of fifty-nine (59)-storey strata offices which are to be completed by 2027.
The group said the contract will not affect the issued share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholdings as there is no issuance of new ordinary shares.
根据合同进行的设计和建造工作包括设计、审批、施工、完成、测试和调试一栋（1）栋五十九（59）层的分层办公室，预计将于2027年完成。
该集团表示，该合同不会影响已发行的股本和主要股东的股份，因为没有发行新的普通股。
