Powerwell Accepts Supply Contract Worth RM27 Million For Data Centre Project
Powerwell Holdings Berhad announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary had accepted a supply contract from a leading international contractor for the supply and delivery of electrical low voltage switchboards for a data centre in Malaysia, for a total contract value of RM27 million.
Powerwell Holdings Berhad宣布，其全资子公司已接受来自一家领先国际承包商的供应合同，合同内容为在马来西亚的数据中心提供和交付电气低压开关柜，合同总值为2700万RM。
The group said the supply contract is expected to be fulfilled by first quarter of calendar year 2025 and is expected to contribute positively to its consolidated earnings and net assets for the financial year ending March 2025.
集团表示，供应合同预计将在2025年日历年的第一季度完成，并预计对截至2025年3月的财年集团的合并收益和净资产产生积极贡献。
The company said it does not foresee any exceptional risks other than the normal operational risks associated with the contract,
公司表示，除此项合同正常运营风险外，不预见有任何特殊风险。
