Lagenda Appoints Former Guocoland Director To Its Board
Lagenda Properties announced that it has appointed Chua Seng Hooi as the group's Executive Director with immediate effect.

Chua Seng Hooi has over 28 years of professional experience, holding senior positions with notable entities such as IOI Properties Berhad, Mines Resort Berhad and Mah Sing Berhad. He was also an Executive Director at Guocoland (Malaysia) Berhad. Mr. Chua Seng Hooi joined Lagenda Properties Berhad in 2023.
蔡生辉拥有超过28年的专业经验，曾在IOI房地产有限公司、Mines Resort Berhad和Mah Sing Berhad等知名企业担任高级职务。他还曾是国浩房地产（马来西亚）有限公司的执行董事。蔡生辉于2023年加入Lagenda Properties Berhad。
The group said his diverse experience has been instrumental in driving revenue and profitability across various operations, encompassing projects ranging from landed homes to commercial offices. His leadership has extended internationally, with ventures in countries including Singapore, China, Japan, Australia, UAE, and the United Kingdom.
集团表示，他丰富的经验对推动各项业务的营业收入和盈利能力至关重要，项目范围涵盖从独立住宅到商业办公楼。他的领导能力还扩展到国际市场，业务遍及新加坡、中国、日本、澳洲、阿联酋和英国等国家。
