0535 GMT - China's paper-producing industry will likely see higher selling prices in coming months as a seasonal boom in demand lifts manufacturers' bargaining power, Citi says. The bank notes industry leader Nine Dragons plans small price increases from mid-July, a sign of rebounding paper demand after the low seasonality in 2Q and export weakness due to the recent congestion at Chinese ports. Citi expects more price increases in the coming months driven by high consumption in 2H amid summer beverage-packaging demand, holidays in October and e-commerce promotions in November.
