Hong Kong's $Hang Seng Index(800000.HK)$ closed 0.2% higher at 24289.90, tracking a positive performance in the U.S. ADR market overnight. Sentiment was also supported by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's reiteration that the country will launch more measures to stabilize economic growth.

Market focus remains on the outcome of the U.S. Federal Reserve meeting.
