恒大轉讓股權瀋陽市國資委附屬公司成爲第一大股東

中國恒大：董事會宣佈，於2021年9月28日，本公司一家全資子公司作爲轉讓方，與受讓方簽訂協議，將其持有盛京銀行1,753,157,895的非流通內資股，對價爲每股人民幣5.7元，合計人民幣99.93億元，佔盛京銀行已發行股份的19.93%轉讓予受讓方。

China Evergrande said on Wednesday it plans to sell a 9.99 billion yuan ($1.5 billion) stake it owns in Shengjing Bank Co Ltd to a state-owned asset management company as it scrambles to raise funds. Shengjing Bank had demanded that all net proceeds from the disposal be applied to settle the relevant financial liabilities of the group due to Shengjing Bank, Evergrande said.
