Laxus Technologies秉持“讓全世界都笑容滿面”的經營理念,爲普通消費者提供品牌包包的訂閱分享服務(Laxus業務,應用程序和網站名爲“Laxus”)。訂閱是通過支付固定費用,可以在一定期間內使用商品或服務的機制,Laxus Technologies提供可以每月使用品牌包的服務。

Laxus Technologies於06年8月在廣島市創立,最初從事英語教材和健康食品銷售。15年2月開始提供品牌包包的訂閱分享服務業務,17年1月更名爲現在的公司名稱。19年7月退出了英語教材和健康食品的銷售。

19年10月,綜合品牌服飾巨頭World(3612東證主板)收購了該公司超過半數的股份,成爲其母公司(上市時持股比例爲44.3%)。爲在美國進行市場測試,20年8月成立的子公司LAXUS TECHNOLOGIES INC.於24年5月解散。

Laksa Business is a service where brand bags can be used unlimitedly (freely exchanged) on a monthly flat rate basis. In this service, it handles approximately 40,000 luxury bags from 60 globally recognized high-end brands such as Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Celine, Prada, etc. These brand bags are mainly sourced through second-hand dealers and auctions, and are maintained in good condition for a long time by the company's professional staff.

When users use the service,
①Register as a member on the app (free) and choose your favorite brand bags (monthly fee will be charged when the company ships the bag)
②It will be delivered to your home (free round-trip shipping, no return deadline)
③Reserve the next bag for exchange (put the used bag back in the delivered box for return)
and follow this flow.

The basic Single Plan (¥9,800 per month, excluding tax) allows the use of one bag at a time, and for users who want to use two bags, the Double Plan (¥13,600 per month, excluding tax) is provided (Okinawa Prefecture will have an additional ¥4,000 for both Single Plan and Double Plan, excluding tax). It should be noted that the use of the Double Plan is only available to members who have been using the company's service for a long time.

Users are required to present identification and register a credit card when registering as a member, and the fee will be paid from the card. There are no restrictions on the usage period for these plans, and no cancellation fees will be incurred. In addition, damage or stains caused by daily use are covered by Scratch Compensation, with no additional charges being requested.

用戶年齡層廣泛,從20歲到50歲不等,但核心在30歲、40歲(截至24年2月實績),截至24年9月末的付費會員數爲19,847人。超過七成的女性在工作中佔據主導地位,她們除了在通勤等場合使用品牌包包外,還經常根據校友會、派對、旅行等各種場合進行搭配。

除了訂閱式共享服務外,還提供購買租賃中包包的服務“可購爽快拉庫斯”。鑑於用戶普遍認爲“雖然想要使用品牌包包,但價格昂貴而猶豫購買”,因此推出了這項服務,用戶可以通過共享服務嘗試各種品牌包包,如果喜歡,還可以購買。
