The Australian Financial Review's Street Talk column has disclosed that Morgan Stanley and Bank of America's equity divisions were offering a block trade for shares of $Pilbara Minerals Ltd (PLS.AU)$, a lithium mining company valued at $99.6億, at a 4 percent discount to its last closing price of $3.31. On the ASX, Pilbara shares have fallen 4.2 percent to $3.17.

$Westpac Banking Corp (WBC.AU)$ is poised to generate over $10億 from selling its auto finance loan portfolio to Resimac Group, another company listed on the ASX. Shares of Westpac have decreased by 0.5 percent to $30.90.

Goldman Sachs analysts are advising investors to sell their stakes in the recent ASX newcomer, the Mexican-themed fast food chain $Guzman y Gomez Ltd (GYG.AU)$, and are suggesting investment in Collins Foods, the operator of KFC, instead. Shares of Guzman y Gomez have dropped 3.3 percent to $38.08, whereas Collins Foods shares have risen by 1.6 percent to $8.74.
