@Souxiesue：I’m having that problem. I haven’t lost yet. But they are horrible in explaining (even customer service) how to close a covered call… or close a position. I (am still) tried closing a position… by “buying to close” and apparently I ended up Opening another buy call position. I emailed them … showed them snapshots … they agreed on the steps I wanted to take with the intention to close those FOUR Open Buy Call positions… I executed them the next freaking day….. I executed the steps they agreed that would close my open positions…. Apparently ended up executing 2 short covered call position . And you are totally right I’ve searched through all moo moo … the learning academy, YouTube videos, moomoo webinars
They start with naked calls and puts
And they don’t even show you the execution
Just a vague skim through ridiculous
Even the webinars
But I guess learning the hard way
I believe I have a good understanding on what and how options work but the moomoo platform execution
.. so confusing. The trade difference between app and laptop is big and sometimes the freaking Greeks don’t even show
