As a long term investor, my plan is to pick up stocks when macro environment is weak, and the market is going down.
The reason is simple, the environment will improve and good stocks will go up again eventually - it’s just matter of time.
No one can time the bottom accurately, so I would rather dip my toes into the market slowly and carefully, and stay invested despite the tough times.
