Wu Li is the deputy director of the Tianfeng Securities research institute (130 employee as per LinkedIn). It is a top world class analyst firm, acknowledged by reuters, they won a gold award in their field, recently. They made over 2000 reports since inception.
The projected revenue for Luokung in 2021 is twice what I was expecting (300m$), therefore I have to up my price target for EOY to 15$/share.
I'm hesitating to go higher because they mentioned they had some issue with covid and that they lost 2 contracts because of the delisting thing (from their last filling). These 2 factors could reduced the potential revenue.
