Malaysia's state oil company Petroliam Nasional Bhd. posted a 32% decline in fourth-quarter profit after energy prices fell.

Petronas recorded net income of 16.6 billion ringgit ($3.5 billion) in the three months ended Dec. 31, down from 24.4 billion ringgit a year earlier, according to a statement on Friday. Revenue slipped to 91.7 billion ringgit.
