WWC's reports on Infobird's financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2022, did not contain any adverse opinion or disclaimer and were not modified except for an expressed doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. There were no disagreements on accounting principles, practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure with WWC during the two most recent fiscal years and up to the dismissal date. Additionally, there were no reportable events as defined in Item 16F(a)(1)(v) of Form 20-F during this period. Infobird has appointed Audit Alliance LLP as the new auditor for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, and the appointment has been approved by both the board and the audit committee. The company did not consult Audit Alliance on any matters described in Item 16F(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Form 20-F during the two most recent fiscal years and through May 31, 2024.
