宏偉(00201.HK)同意以14.2億美元收購海灣大橋Lifestyle Retreat Hotel
MAGNIFICENT (00201.HK) announced that it has entered into the Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire all of the issued shares of Ocean Time Investments Limited, for a consideration of $1.42 billion (subject to adjustments). The maximum consideration after adjustment would not exceed $1.44 billion.
Ocean Time Investments is the sole legal and beneficial owner of a Property situated at No.123 Castle Peak Road, Ting Kau, Tsuen Wan, Territories, Hong Kong with a hotel operating at the Property commonly known as "The Bay Bridge Lifestyle Retreat", the announcement added.
宏偉(00201.HK)宣佈，已訂立買賣協議，收購海洋時代投資有限公司全部已發行股份，代價為14.2億美元(可予調整)。調整後的最高對價不超過14.4億美元。
公告補充稱，海洋時代投資公司是位於香港新界荃灣汀九青山公路123號的物業的唯一合法及實益擁有人，而酒店則於俗稱“The Bay Bridge Lifestyle Retreat”的物業經營。
