Yoho Group (02347.HK), a local e-commerce operator, announced its plan of listing on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange. It will offer 55 million shares, 10% of which are for Hong Kong public offering. The offer prices range between $2.1-2.6 per share. Entry fee is $5,252.41 per board lot size of 2,000 shares.
The offering period will start from 9:00 a.m. tomorrow (26th) and end at 12:00 p.m. next Tuesday (31st). The pricing will be on 1 June, and listing on 10 June.
