The Company has accepted the resignations of former COO Robert Blair and former CFO Robert Lelovic. Cesare Fazari will continue as CEO and assume interim CFO responsibilities, until a replacement is found. Blair joined the company in January 2021, with Lelovic starting in June 2022.
