Ramssol Group Bhd's subsidiary, Infinite Loop Media, has partnered with TGV Cinemas to bring live concerts and prestigious events to TGV's cinema venues.

The collaboration aims to meet the increasing demand for live entertainment experiences.

Under the memorandum of agreement (MoA), Infinite Loop will secure the rights to livestream concerts and events, create marketing materials for TGV's cinemas, and liaise with artists and event organisers.

On the other hand, TGV Cinemas will provide its cinema halls for screening live streamed events, manage ticketing and customer service, and promote these events through its marketing channels.

Ticket prices for these events will be determined through mutual agreement between Infinite Loop and TGV Cinemas.

While Infinite Loop will cover operational costs related to marketing and promotions, TGV Cinemas will handle operational costs associated with screening live streamed events.

The partnership grants TGV Cinemas exclusive rights to livestream concerts and events in its cinema halls.

The MOA will remain in effect until a formal agreement is executed or for a period of six months from the MOA's date.

Either party has the option to terminate the agreement with a 60-day written notice.

Ramssol and its subsidiaries have confirmed that, aside from the specified operational costs in the agreement, there are no additional financial commitments expected.

The collaboration aligns with Ramssol's strategic vision to improve the group's financial performance. It leverages Infinite Loop's marketing and production expertise while tapping into the growing demand for live streamed entertainment experiences.
