In a note shared on Thursday, Vishal Khanduja, managing director and portfolio manager at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, expressed the view that a 5% yield on 10-year US Treasuries presents an attractive buying opportunity for investors. According to Khanduja, it's an excellent chance to extend the duration of a portfolio.
