(CSE: SHOW) ("Showcase" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Jelena Bugarin to its Board of Directors. Ms. Bugarin has been employed as a finance and mortgage specialist where she held positions as Manager - Client Success and Underwriting, Office Manager, and Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist. Since May 2023, she has acted as Showcase's corporate secretary. She replaces Afzaal Pirzada, who has resigned as a director of the Company. Showcase's current Chief Financial Officer and director, Bruno Fruscalzo, will concurrently replace Ms. Bugarin as the Company's corporate secretary.
