PJBumi Bhd's external auditor, Messrs Chengco PLT, has voluntarily resigned, effective in 21 days from February 5, citing a disagreement over audit fees.
PJBumi Bhd的外部核數師Messrs Chengco PLT以審計費用分歧爲由自願辭職，自2月5日起的21天內生效。
The resignation is attributed to the inability of PJBumi and Chengco to reach a consensus on the proposed increase in audit fees for the financial statements ending December 31, 2023.
辭職的原因是PJBumi和Chengco無法就截至2023年12月31日的財務報表增加審計費的提議達成共識。
PJBumi clarified that there are no other matters requiring attention from its shareholders.
PJBumi澄清說，沒有其他需要股東注意的事項。
