Sanichi Terminates MoU With FKS Holdings for Fresh Produce Collaboration
Sanichi Technology Bhd has announced the termination of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Singapore's FKS Holdings Pte Ltd.
三智科技有限公司宣佈終止與新加坡FKS Holdings Pte Ltd的諒解備忘錄（MoU）。
The MoU, aimed at collaborating to provide fresh produce to international F&B industry players has been mutually terminated, effective from today.
旨在合作向國際餐飲業參與者提供新鮮農產品的諒解備忘錄已相互終止，自今天起生效。
The termination does not have any financial impact on Sanichi and its subsidiaries.
解僱不會對三一及其子公司產生任何財務影響。
On December 12 2024, Sanichi had entered into the MoU to establish a joint venture for supplying fresh produce to the international F&B industry, targeting the setup of 25 outlets across various cities in the next three years.
2024年12月12日，三智簽訂了諒解備忘錄，成立一家合資企業，爲國際餐飲業供應新鮮農產品，目標是在未來三年內在各個城市設立25家門店。
