Samsung Electronics Co (OTC:SSNLF) has announced a collaboration with Arm Holdings Plc (NASDAQ:ARM) to deliver the next-generation Arm Cortex-X CPU using Samsung Foundry's latest Gate-All-Around (GAA) process technology.
