(TSXV: ICY.P) ("Iocaste"), today announced the following clarifications to the information circular dated January 31, 2024 in connection with the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders to be held on March 6, 2024 (the "Information Circular"):

(a) the stock option plan of Iocaste, previously approved at the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders held on March 14, 2023, is attached as schedule A to the Information Circular; and

(b) audit committee charter of Iocaste, previously approved at the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders held on March 14, 2023, is attached as schedule B to the Information Circular.

An amended Information Circular incorporating these changes will be posted on SEDAR+.
