Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd's subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract worth RM80.98 million from Sime Darby Property City (City of Elmina) Sdn Bhd.
Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd的子公司Kitacon Sdn Bhd已從森達比地產城（埃爾米納市）私人有限公司獲得了一份價值8,098萬令吉的合同。
The contract involves constructing residential units and a Tenaga Nasional substation in Shah Alam's Section U15.
該合同涉及在莎阿南的U15區建造住宅單元和Tenaga Nasional變電站。
Starting on April 22, 2024, the project is expected to be completed within 18 months and is projected to positively impact Kitacon's earnings and net assets per share from 2024 onwards.
