Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 28, 2024) - Metaguest.AI Incorporated (CSE: METG) (formerly BnSellit Technology Inc.) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") of 403,384 units (each a "Unit") for gross proceeds of $121,015 at a price of $0.30 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant is exercisable into common shares at a price of $0.50 per Warrant expiring on December 26, 2025. The gross proceeds received by the Corporation will be used for working capital purposes. All securities issued under the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period until October 26, 2024. Since November 2023, the Corporation has closed an aggregate of $524,814 under the terms of the Offering.
