Frozen seafood processor and trader, Ocean Fresh Berhad made it debut on the Bursa Ace Market at 85 sen with an opening volume of 4,883,600 shares which is a premium of 204%.
海洋新鮮Berhad作爲一家冷凍海鮮加工和貿易商，在Bursa Ace市場以85仙的價格首次亮相，開盤成交量爲4,883,600股，溢價204%。
The group successfully raised approximately RM14.01 million from its initial public offering exercise via the issuance of 50.05 million new ordinary shares at an issue price of RM0.28 per share. OFB intends to utilise RM8.00 million as
capital expenditure for its new cold storage facility in Kuantan, Pahang while another RM2.51 million will be used for working capital requirements.
該集團通過發行50.05百萬股新普通股，發行價爲RM0.28，成功通過首次公開發行募集約RM14.01百萬。OFB計劃將RM8.00百萬用於在關丹彭亨的新冷庫設施的資本支出，另外RM2.51百萬將用於營運資本需求。
