MUI To Dispose Land In Bandar Springhill For RM80.8 Million
MUI Properties announces that West Synergy Sdn Bhd a 60%-owned subsidiary of Peristal Enterprise Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary had entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd for the disposal of 53 acres out of 79 acres of the land located in Bandar Springhill.
MUI Properties宣佈，Peristal Enterprise Sdn Bhd的60％子公司West Synergy Sdn Bhd已與Antmed Malaysia Sdn Bhd簽訂出售合同，以出售位於Bandar Springhill的79英畝土地中的53英畝。
The Negeri Sembilan land will scheduled to be sold for a cash consideration of RM80.8 million, the group also noted that Bandar Springhill is a prime township project undertaken by the vendor.

MUI said the proposed disposal aims to develop Bandar Springhill, a prime township project with a eading medical hub by leveraging Antmed's expertise and resources. It noted that Antmed's presence could attract other healthcare-related investments, creating a robust ecosystem.
