Creek and River Company released the Q1 (Mar-May 2024) consolidated financial statements for FY2025. The revenue was JPY 12.854 billion, which was a 0.8% increase YoY, operating income was JPY 1.261 billion, which was a decrease of 20.2% YoY, ordinary income was JPY 1.277 billion, which was a 19.9% decrease YoY, and the Q1 net profit attributable to parent company shareholders was JPY 860 million, which was a 17.7% decrease YoY.

Regarding the creative field (in Korea), the revenue was JPY 792 million which was a 9.6% decrease YoY, and the segment loss (operating loss) was JPY 12 million (compared to JPY 8 million of loss YoY). We are increasing the diversity of revenue by expanding into fields other than video production, such as the licensing management business. In the contents business, we are developing digital comics and videos, striving for improved income by delivering them overseas as well as domestically.

Regarding the medical field, the revenue was JPY 1.747 billion, a 4.6% decrease YoY, and the segment profit (operating income) was JPY 708 million, a 10.0% decrease YoY. Medical Principle provides doctor introduction services through 17 locations nationwide for medical institutions, local governments and companies as their main business, and are promoting the matching system of spot and regular part-time doctors, "Civil Doctor Portal", to improve business efficiency. Additionally, we are working on structural reforms such as reviewing our sales network and making finer adjustments in accordance with the needs of medical institutions and doctors to aim for further business expansion. Community Medical Innovation is taking on challenges to solve the issues of aging and doctor shortages through our services of regional medical care services, including effective utilization of latest IT and AI technology and starting businesses that support the establishment of medical facilities. Due to the structural reforms such as reviewing our sales network that occurred in the latter half of the previous term, both revenue and profit decreased.

會計·法務領域的營業收入同比增長2.4％至6.32億日元，營業利潤同比增長22.0％至0.45億日元。通過自主舉辦專業研討會，積極舉辦與客戶企業·辦公室的聯合研討會，加強與各種相關組織的關係等，提高業界認知度，努力擴大代理商業務。此外，爲應對會計事務所·律師事務所和其顧問的業務承繼需求，擴展了「業務承繼·M&A支援服務」，並從事介紹在家工作的會計·法務人才業務等，擴大了服務範圍。

其他業務的營業收入同比增長23.1％至9.69億日元，營業虧損爲0.21億日元（去年同期爲0.60億日元虧損）。

2025年2月期全年的合併業績預計，營業收入將同比增長10.4％至5500億日元，營業利潤將同比增長17.0％至48.00億日元，經常性利潤將同比增長16.0％至48.00億日元，歸屬於母公司股東的當期淨利潤將同比增長16.6％至31.0億日元，按期初計劃。
