Econframe Terminates Deal To Purchase ETA World Stake For RM56 Million
Econframe終止以5600萬林吉特購買ETA World股份的交易。
Econframe has informed that it will be terminating the share sale agreement with ETA Industries for a 70% stake in ETA World Sdn Bhd for RM56 million due to conditions in the SSA being not fulfilled.
Econframe已通知，由於SSA未達成條款，將終止與ETA Industries的股份售賣協議，以RM5600萬收購ETA World Sdn Bhd的70%股權。
The group in a filing said the SSA have not been fulfilled within the stipulated time period, and thus both parties have mutually agreed not to extend the period for the fulfilment.
該集團在提交文件中表示，SSA未在規定的時間內履行，因此雙方已經達成共識不延長履行期。
Both announced the proposed acquisition in January this year but in view of the circumstances they have agreed to terminate the SSA.
雙方在今年1月宣佈了擬議中的收購，但鑑於情況，他們同意終止SSA。
