Ewein Name Change Effective 19 July
Ewein name change to Skygate Solutions Berhad will take effect from 9 am Friday 19 July as such the company's shares will be traded and quoted under the new name.
Ewein更名爲Skygate Solutions Berhad將於7月19日星期五上午9點生效，因此該公司的股票將以新名稱進行交易和報價。
The stock short name will be changed accordingly from Ewein to Skygate howevee the stock code remains unchanged.
股票簡稱將相應地從Ewein更改爲Skygate，但股票代碼保持不變。
The company said the proposed name "Skygate Solutions Berhad" was approved by the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the reservation for the use of has now been extended to 27 July 2024. However, it noted the proposed change of name is subject to the approval of the company's shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
該公司表示，擬議名稱 “Skygate Solutions Berhad” 已獲得馬來西亞公司委員會的批准，其使用保留期現已延長至2024年7月27日。但是，它指出，擬議的更名需要在即將舉行的年度股東大會上獲得公司股東的批准。
